BFT: Body Fit Training
Our project for Body Fit Training (BFT) in Overland Park, Kansas, highlights our capability to adapt and enhance already existing spaces. This project involved converting an existing building into a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and our team was responsible for a comprehensive range of tasks, including:
- Mechanical, plumbing and electrical installations
- Interior walls and paint
- Light fixtures
- Flooring and cabinetry
Our in-house design team worked closely with BFT to bring their vision to life. Whether our clients have detailed plans or need assistance developing their ideas, we offer flexible design solutions to ensure their space meets their specific needs and expectations.
Robert Brogden Olathe Kia
The Robert Brogden Olathe Kia buildings are currently in the finishing stages, and the project represents a significant upgrade for this automotive service center. Located at 130 N. Fir Street, Olathe, KS, this project includes:
- New service reception and service shop: We are constructing a new 8,583 square foot service reception and service shop to enhance the facility’s operational capabilities.
- Remodeling existing space: Our team is also remodeling 15,600 square feet of the existing building to modernize and expand its functionality.
Our work aims to provide a streamlined and efficient service experience for customers while ensuring that the new and remodeled spaces meet the highest standards of quality and design.
Children with Opportunity
The Children with Opportunity project is a testament to our commitment to supporting community-focused organizations. Located at 860 Haines Drive, Liberty, MO, this project involves:
- Tenant finish for office and training space: We are transforming a 4,987 square foot area into a functional and welcoming office and training environment.
Our goal for this project is to create a space that supports the vital work of Children with Opportunity, ensuring that their facilities are conducive to their mission and operations.
Coming Soon: Crescent Nail Lounge
We are also excited to announce our newest commercial project involving the build out of a new nail salon, Crescent Nail Lounge, located at 255 W. 19th St. Kearney, MO. This project promises to bring a fresh and modern space to the market, and our team is always committed to delivering a high-quality, stylish environment that meets the unique needs of our clients.
