Wildflower is the newest, most exclusive, private, estate community in the northland, just east of Manderley.

Directions
Wildflower is located just through the Manderley subdivision (at the intersection of 104th Street and N. Willow Ave) off 105th Terrace, in Kansas City, Missouri. The development is easily accessible from I-35 and I-435.

From I-435
Take Exit 45 for NE Cookingham Drive/State Highway 291.
Go South on 291 for approximately 2.8 miles to NE 104th Street.
Turn left (East) on 104th Street.
Travel East approximately 1.1 miles to N Willow Ave.
Turn left on N Willow ave. into the Manderley subdivision, and veer right. The first Right 105th Terr.
Turn right on 105th Terr. to Wildflower.

From I-35
Take Exit 17 for Highway 291.
Go North on 291. Take the first right on N. Church Road/County Road A.
Travel approximately 1.5 miles to the stoplight at 104th Street (Liberty North high school will be on the right).
Turn left (West). Proceed less than 1 mile on 104th Street.
The entrance to Manderley subdivision will be on your right (North), N Willow Ave.
Turn Right on N Willow Ave. and veer right.
The first right will be 105th Terr.
Turn right on 105th Terr. to Wildflower.
