As a family-owned Kansas City North home builder, we’ve spent years building quality custom homes and creating communities throughout the Northland. The Kansas City Parade of Homes is one of our favorite traditions because it brings together the very best in local homebuilding, and this fall, we’re excited to have seven Syler homes featured throughout Kansas City and Kearney, with another in Riverside.

The 2026 Fall Parade of Homes runs September 19 through October 4, daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with free admission. So grab your family, gather some inspiration, and come see what Syler Construction is all about.

Start Your Tour at Davidson Farms

Two of our featured homes can be found in Davidson Farms at Shoal Creek, one of our favorite communities for new construction homes in Kansas City.

Stop #4: 8007 NE 77th St. features our Kirkland floor plan, offering 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 garage spaces, and 2,926 square feet.
